Mr. Hay is the co-founder and CEO of Expansion Plus Inc, a leading Los Angeles-based Internet marketing and public relations firm. E+ offers full service organic search services including new media consulting, web site optimization, link building, online press releases, blogs, RSS feeds and Social Media campaigns.

 
Expansion Plus was an early adopter of these new technologies while leveraging the principals’ multi decades of experience in marketing, public relations, sales and management. E+ has consulted on SEO and online public relations for the US Olympic Committee, Los Angeles Metro, and Countrywide Mortgage among others.

He has lectured at two universities for the Sales & Marketing Executives continuing education program. Doug also presents at City of Los Angeles Community Development, Business Service Training, PACE (Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment) and FIDM/The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles.
