Tom has spent nearly 20 years in the field of information delivery, through a range of applications. He has consistently brought new technologies and resources to bear on client challenges, while maintaining focus on client needs and expectations.
Tom has served in a range of roles in the online environment, providing market-based messaging solutions utilizing a wide array of online technologies. Before assuming the role as Strategist he did a recent turn as the interim Technical Director for The New Group.
Tom was team recipient of Online Advertising of the Year Award from Adweek magazine in 1999 for a series of web advertisements for HP, which pushed the technology envelope while creating true ROI for the client. In other engagements, he has managed the development of education products for the K-12 school environment, online corporate training, and consumer web portals that deliver corporate positioning and brand message.
Tom is also a founding board member for LITC, (Learning Innovation and Technology Consortium), a non-profit organization that focuses on creating teaching curriculum to deliver skills related to Social Innovation and Technology. Target audiences for this include educational institutions, NGO's, and corporations.
Tom believes that technology best serves when it is appropriate, scaled correctly, and executed simply to meet a specific need.
