I am a new and independent online retailer (hellobettyshop.com).  I have limited experience with SEO and SEM and need the services of an SEM professional to help me develop a program/strategy that will drive traffic and conversions on my site.

I need:

1. Site optimization (content, keywords, etc.)

2. SEM strategies that get results: shopping search engines, key word ads, etc.
