SEO Specialist

We need a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our Creative Marketing team. An SEO Specialist manages a full circle of SEO deliverables including research, reporting and implementation. This individual is responsible for all facets of organic and PPC day-to-day management including keyword research and generation; ad copy-writing and testing; bid management, landing page optimization; search budgets and forecast tracking. If you can think outside the box, create and implement innovative SEM and Social Media campaigns then you may be the person we need!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Full site and competitive audits to target opportunities with ongoing site analysis and reporting.
- Ad words reporting such as keyword performance, CTR, ad quality, SE campaign performance, spend analysis. Ability to analyze data and execute next steps accordingly.
- Build Anthro’s presence with a SEM strategy on blogs and social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkIn.
- Knowledge of best practices, industry trends and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on SEM experience working on performance driven campaigns
- Experience with Web Analytics Platforms (such as Urchin & Google Analytics)
- Experience with and understanding of searches (paid and organic) and vendors (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
- Advanced internet research skills
- Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding of HTML (this is not a web developer role)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Experience with paid search management tools and SEO/SEM tools
- Attention to details important as well as organizational skills
- Must value team collaboration
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
