What are some general guidelines for creating PPC landing pages? How many words to a page? Should I use a ?contact us? button or should I put a small form on the page? Will page rank and relevant content help my quality score? Can I use duplicate content? What else should I know?

I recognize that many of these questions do not have concrete answers. I am more interested in opinions and what you have found to be most effective.
