Hi SEM PDX:

I am focusing on a very specific Niche of professionals who require SEM (SEO, PPC and Copywriting) services. Being new to consulting, I don't have any basis to create contracts, proposals or a pricing model.

Would someone on the forum be willing to point me in the right direction for this information.

I would like to be as professional as possible with my clients. I certainly know how to do the work, but the backend stuff can be stifling!

Hi ngakalden,

I still stuggle with the pricing model. I seem to tweak it every 6-12 months.

Something you just have to work out for yourself. Same thing with proposals. So much depends on exactly what you are doing and for whom.

Not to mention where you are in your business; assuming you would be working for a lot less per hour as you build and establish your practice. I know I sure did in the early days.

I wouldn't mind hearing of some contract resources myself ;-)
