I am optimizing a Web site for a Realtor in Oahu Hawaii. It is your classic small real estate office with about half a dozen employees. It has resource pages: tips for buyers and sellers, and regions of Oahu.

I am wondering what is the best way to generate incoming links to this site.

You seam to be pretty professional regarding websites for real estate on The Big Island. What would you say should be improved on that page http://www.gohawaii.com/ Or what is necesarry?

I am pretty new regarding websites so i try to get as much information as possible …
