Tom Hale is founder/owner of Thomas Creek Concepts, an online marketing agency specializing in Google AdWords account management, consulting, and training.
His professional credentials include: Former Top Contributor to the Google AdWords Help Forum (pre-quota), Google AdWords Certified Partner, recognized Google AdWords Help Expert, and he is on the SEMpdx Advisory Board, as well as a Moderator and Rabble Rouser in the SEMpdx Forums
Heather Schwartz from Anvil Media will be presenting about Microsoft Ad Center, which has now replaced Yahoo. Heather has been with Anvil for over 2 years focusing on paid search initiatives for clients. Heather has been published in industry publications such as PPC Insider in addition to contributing to PPC specific whitepapers at Anvil.
As Account Executive, Heather has been the lead on eCommerce accounts such as Lucy Activewear as well as non-profit accounts such as The Nature Conservancy and AFS USA and health care clients such as Providence Health & Services.
Recent client wins include Lucy Activewear’s increase PPC performance YOY, noting a 95% increase in conversion rate resulting in a 66% increase in revenue and 45% decrease in cost per conversion. Heather is also dedicated member of the Portland Advertising Federation (PAF) contributing on an Ambassadors Board for the organization and co-chair for PAF’s internship program, COLABORATORY.

In addition to imparting best practices to the search marketing professionals at EngineWorks, Steve actively manages Paid Search engagements for some of the firm’s most prominent clients, including Virgin Gaming, Home Decorators (a Home Depot company), and RockResorts.
Prior to his career at EngineWorks, Steve was the E-Commerce Analyst – SEM and Shopping Portals at Motosport.com, and was also an Account Executive at both Dex One Corporation, and at Yahoo! Inc. While at Yahoo!, he performed the duties of Search Marketing Consultant and Search Account Manager. Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/E-Media from the University of Oregon. An avid mountain biker, he often spends his weekends blasting the trails of Portland and Central Oregon.
