Previously she was the Marketing Director at SellerEngine Software, a software and services company focused on helping Amazon sellers succeed. She has also worked as the Assistant Director of Digital Strategies for Portland State University’s Center for Executive and Professional Education, and Marketing Manager at GTS Services, a software company located in Portland, OR. She has over 10 years of experience in a variety of digital marketing specialties and industries. She enjoys SEO, project launch, social media, and analytics.

Kevin Getch

Secretary / Treasurer - Kevin Getch, Webfor

Kevin Getch is the Founder and Lead SEO at Webfor, a full-service digital marketing agency providing search engine optimization, social media marketing, website, and logo design. His claim to fame is that his team won the Vancouver Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Business Award in 2013 and he was nominated earlier in 2014 for the small business person of the year award for the state of Washington.

When he’s not focusing on helping small businesses grow their brand he’s practicing Jiu-Jitsu and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Scott Hendison

Scott’s career in search started in the late 1990’s, as the owner of a computer & software store. He offered computer repair service and sold software online until 2002, when he began marketing for other businesses. In 2004 he founded Search Commander, Inc. and in 2007 was one of the founding board members of SEMpdx.

Todd Mintz runs Growth Marketing for Position2. He has over 15 years of experience in search marketing, managing AdWords Accounts for clients since AdWords began. He also is very visible in the SEM social media space and is also one of the founding members of SEMpdx, Portland’s Search Marketing Organization.

Sarah Hinds is a digital marketing consultant, helping clients improve ROI through online initiatives. With a focus on paid search, she also manages email, SEO and social campaigns. Her projects include partnering with local agencies to assist on large corporate accounts as well as working directly with small businesses on their overall digital strategy. Sarah has been actively involved with SEMpdx for over 10 years, serving on a variety of committees before becoming a board member.

Michael enjoys speaking and educating the community about the power of digital marketing and SEO. He is a speaker at Washington State University Carson College of Business and recently spoke at SEMpdx.

Strategic Partnerships - Kent Lewis

Lewis is currently Managing Partner at Anvil Unlimited, a business consultancy specializing in developing and guiding growth marketing strategies via digital channels and tools. Lewis acts as a Fractional CMO and strategic advisor, leveraging nearly 30 years of experience across 10 agencies and 1,200 clients. He is also Founder of pdxMindShare, Portland’s premier career community, with over 12,000 LinkedIn Group members.

With a background in integrated marketing, he left a public relations agency in 1996 to start his career in digital marketing. Since then, he’s helped grow businesses by connecting his clients with their constituents online. In 2000, Lewis founded Anvil Media, Inc., a measurable marketing agency specializing in search engine and social media marketing. Under his leadership, Anvil has received recognition from Portland Business Journal and Inc. Magazine as a Fastest Growing and Most Philanthropic Company. After selling his agency in March 2022, he became a CMO for the acquiring firm.

Beyond co-founding SEMpdx, Lewis co-founded two agencies, emailROI (now Thesis) and Formic Media. As a long-time entrepreneur, he’s advised or invested in a host of companies, including PacificWRO, Maury’s Hive Tea and ToneTip. Lewis speaks regularly at industry events and has been published in books and publications including Business2Community, Portland Business Journal, and SmartBrief. For twenty years, he was an adjunct professor at Portland State University, and has been a volunteer instructor for SCORE Portland since 2015.

Lewis tours nationwide, averaging 30 speaking engagements annually, including a regular presenter role with the Digital Summit conference series. Active in his community, Lewis has been involved in non-profit charity and professional trade organizations including early literacy program SMART Reading and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Industry recognition and awards include Portland Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award, American Marketing Association Oregon Chapter Marketer of the Year, and Top 100 Digital Marketing Influencers by BuzzSumo.

Mike Terry is a digital and creative agency veteran with over 25 years of both client-side and digital agency experience. He has helped craft the branding, marketing and advertising programs for a myriad of clients including Microsoft, Intel, eos, Samsung and X Games, among others.

He led business development efforts at PMG, Anvil and Code3. As principal at Core Digital, Mike provides business development consulting for digital agencies around the country, as well as helping SMBs, Startups and Municipalities with marketing and digital marketing services.
