Matthew Clyde launched his career as an 18-year old entrepreneur taking him on global work experiences to New York ad agencies and working with Fortune 500 organizations to partnerships with small start-ups. On 9/11 Matt worked as a marketing leader in the airline industry. He immediately learned to add value for his clients and build a leadership first game plan; then applied his leadership skills and marketing strengths to find solutions and rebuilding opportunities for the struggling industry. Several years later, only a few years into launching his own marketing firm—Ideas Collide, Inc.– the U.S. economy slid into the “Great Recession” and he leaned in further to lead through people, community, and strategic marketing agility.

Now in 2020 and another storm in the form of COVID-19 has hit – in another crisis Matthew and the team at Ideas Collide are leading forward amid constant change and disruption. Matthew has been named a 40 Under 40 business leader by the Phoenix Business Journal and one of the Top 25 Minds in Marketing by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.
